Workers cut down, deliver Federal Plaza tree

Youngstown city workers, along with a crane crew from Diamond Steel Construction Co. of Boardman, move a pine tree from the front yard of a Wilma Talley's Ivanhoe Avenue home on the city's South Side. The tree is being used as the city Christmas tree at Federal Plaza this year. At right, Talley watches as the tree she donated to the city is cut down. With her is Marty Martin, a Diamond Steel employee who helped move the tree.
