Block watch election set
YOUNGSTOWN -- Election of officers for 2003 tops the agenda for Buckeye Eyes and Ears Blockwatch meeting, which will be at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Word of Grace Church, 2724 Mount Vernon Ave.
The block watch group also will discuss other year-end activities. Refreshments will be served.
