XSTRUTHERS -- Marriage vows were exchanged by Deborah Lynn Morris, 408 Brandon Ave., and Marc Allen Sakara, 2309 Bellfield Ave., Youngstown, during a wedding ceremony that took place at 2 p.m. Oct. 19 at Mauthe Park.
The Rev. Angelo LaCivita officiated, and a reception was held afterward at Mauthe Park Center.
The couple honeymooned at Niagara Falls, Canada, and live at the groom's address.
Parents of the bride are Patricia Mountford of the Brandon Avenue address and Thomas and Joan Mountford of Aberdeen Avenue, Youngstown. The groom is a son of Mary Jane Sakara, 551 Garfield St., and Paul and Dee Sakara, Lockwood Boulevard, Boardman.
The bride's pearl-colored, cocktail-length gown was enhanced with sequins and pearls.
Plum-colored gowns were worn by the honor attendants, Layla Morris, the bride's daughter, and Heather Sakara, the groom's daughter. Similar gowns were worn by the bridesmaids, Colleen Beraducci, sister of the bride, and Carol Matteo.
Paul Sakara performed the duties of best man for his brother, and groomsman was the bride's son, Tom Morris.
The bride is a health aide at Home Care Network in Boardman and a waitress at the Fireplace Restaurant, Poland.
The groom is a press operator with Indelex Solutions in Niles.
