MV3 Innovations OK'das incubator tenant
YOUNGSTOWN -- The tenant review committee of the Youngstown Business Incubator has approved MV3 Innovations for admission as a tenant company.
The firm, which was spun out of Kent State University, develops software for tracking physical assets. The software compiles and analyzes historical data to highlight life cycle, maintenance and usage trends that are critical for predicting future needs. The Davey Tree Co. was the first customer.
MV3 Innovations, which has five employees, was founded by Lyle Barton, a faculty member of Kent State University, and Brian DeHoff, a graduate of Youngstown State University.
First Niles dividend
NILES -- First Niles Financial announced a dividend of 14 cents a share for the fourth quarter, payable Dec. 20 to shareholders of record Dec. 6. It is the parent company of Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Niles.
