Theft: Two dealer tags were missing from a vehicle at Rick Bayus Motors, 5206 Youngstown-Poland Road.
Theft: Someone removed a front grill panel from a vehicle at JD Byrider, 6534 Market St.
Theft: Fifteen boxes of frozen meat products were stolen from Butcher's Choice of Youngstown Inc., 97 Karago Ave.
Bad checks: Three checks totaling $523 were fraudulently passed at The Sound Shop, 1393 Boardman-Canfield Road.
Theft: A compact-disc player and 30 CDs were removed from a car in the 400 block of Old Shay Lane.
Credit-card fraud: A Poland man reported $903 worth of unauthorized cash advances were placed on his Discover card.
Possible auto theft: An employee at Enterprise Rent-a-Car, 7375 Market St., reported someone rented a 2003 Chevy Impala and failed to return it.
Fraud: An Akron man reported three purchases totaling $99 were fraudulently made on his credit-card account.
Theft: Five tires and rims were stolen from a carport in the 80 block of Carter Circle.
Theft: A Poland man reported $60 was stolen from his son's pants pocket while his son was at Ice Zone, 360 McClurg Road.
Arrest: A 21-year-old Warren man was charged with driving a vehicle without an operator's license.
Warrant: Police arrested a 53-year-old Youngstown man on one count each of falsification and obstructing official business.
Warrant: A 27-year-old Boardman man was arrested on one count of probation violation after being charged with passing bad checks.
Theft: An AM-FM CD player unit was stolen from a vehicle in the 5700 block of Mill Creek Drive.
Assault: A man reported an 18-year-old man assaulted him near Brookfield Avenue and West Boulevard.

Domestic violence: A 33-year-old Boardman man was arrested on a domestic violence charge after a man in the 4000 block of South Avenue said the suspect bit his left thumb.
Forgery: A man in the 1200 block of Barbie Drive reported a 44-year-old woman fraudulently cashed a $9,000 check from his home equity account.
Theft: A man reported his cellular phone stolen while he was at Chili's Grill & amp; Bar, 7403 Market St.
Theft: Packs of cigarettes were stolen from Giant Eagle, 476 Boardman-Canfield Road.
Criminal damage: A vehicle's windshield was broken while the car was parked near South Avenue and Doral Drive.
Threat: A woman in the 7300 block of Glenwood Avenue reported that during an argument her husband threatened to kill her.

Credit-card fraud: Police arrested a 25-year-old New York woman on charges of theft by deception, forgery, misuse of a credit card and receiving stolen property after a man reported someone misused his credit card to purchase two digital cameras at Cord Camera & amp; Imaging Center, 525 Boardman-Poland Road.
Theft: Police arrested a 16-year-old Youngstown man on a theft charge after an employee at Smoker Friendly, 4605 Market St., said he stole three packs of cigarettes.
Auto theft: A woman reported someone took her 1986 Olds Cutlass Cierra without permission and failed to return it.
Theft: A cellular phone was stolen from a vehicle in the 700 block of Glenbrook Road.
Theft: A hockey bag, a pair of tack skates, a blocking pad and a right-hand goalie glove were stolen from a pickup truck in the 7000 block of Tiffany Boulevard.
Theft: A 20-year-old Youngstown woman was arrested on a theft charge after two women's tops, a pair of pants, three T-shirts and three pairs of men's shorts were stolen from the J.C. Penney store in the Southern Park Mall.
Theft: A saw and a leaf blower were missing from a pickup truck in the 90 block of Karago Avenue.
Theft: Police arrested a 17-year-old Youngstown boy on a charge of theft after nine 12-packs of soda were stolen from Giant Eagle, 1201 Doral Dr.Nov. 14
Fraud: Police arrested a 13-year-old Struthers boy on a charge of misuse of a credit card after a man in the 800 block of Auburn Hills Drive reported someone used his Sky Bank ATM number to make $324 worth of fraudulent purchases over the Internet.
Criminal damage: A 22-year-old Poland man and a 23-year-old Youngstown man were charged with criminal damaging after an employee at Perkins Family Restaurant, 804 Boardman-Poland Road, said they damaged several dishes, glasses and other items during a fight.
Theft/criminal damage: A change purse was removed from a vehicle, which had damage to its door, in the 5200 block of West Boulevard.
Theft: An employee at Excavation Technologies Inc., 4135 Southern Blvd., reported four 25-inch chains with hooks and a box of miscellaneous hand tools were stolen from a construction site in the 6300 block of Market Street.
Theft: Two Youngstown women, ages 17 and 26, were arrested on a theft charge after two pairs of tennis shoes were stolen from J.C. Penney.
Criminal damage: Someone used a key to damage a vehicle's paint in the 1000 block of South Commons Place.
Theft: A woman in the 1000 block of Zander Drive reported a 14-karat ring, two leather coats, 14-karat gold earrings, a pearl ring and perfume stolen while she conducted a garage sale.
Theft: Forty-two Beanie Baby dolls were stolen from a Hallmark store in the Southern Park Mall.

Arrest: Police arrested a New York man on a grand theft charge, three counts of forgery, four counts of attempted grand theft and three counts of receiving stolen property.
Identity theft: An employee at Value City Furniture, 443 Boardman-Poland Road, reported a man opened an account and purchased $2,826 worth of merchandise using someone else's identity.
Arrest: Police arrested a 13-year-old Poland boy on a charge of gross sexual imposition.
Theft: A man in the 500 block of Gardenwood Drive reported his mailbox missing.
Assault: A Youngstown woman reported a man assaulted her in an office in the 5700 block of Market Street.
Vandalism: A man in the 1300 block of Meadowood Circle reported someone damaged his mailbox and a landscape tree.
Vandalism: A man in the 100 block of Runnemede Drive reported someone vandalized a gas cap and a driver's-side door on his truck.
Warrant: Police arrested a 26-year-old Austintown man on one count of failure to appear in court to face a charge of misuse of a credit card.
Theft: A man alleged an employee at Dollar General discount store, 271 Boardman-Canfield Road, stole $3,960 in currency over a seven-month period.
Theft: A 17-year-old Youngstown girl was arrested on a theft charge after various cosmetics were stolen from Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive.
Bad checks: An employee at Party Place, 1200 Doral Drive, reported someone wrote five checks totaling $744 on a closed account.
Theft: About $371 worth of miscellaneous hair products was stolen from Sally Beauty Supply, 4300 Market St.
Criminal damage: Someone used a key to leave an 18-inch scratch and other damage on a vehicle's trunk lid in the 500 block of Boardman-Canfield Road.
Theft: A 32-year-old Columbiana woman was charged with theft after $489 worth of assorted merchandise and jewelry were stolen from Kaufmann's department store in the Southern Park Mall. She also was charged with drug abuse with a controlled substance.
Nov. 16
Arrest: A 42-year-old Youngstown man was arrested on charges of receiving stolen property and failure to comply with the orders of a police officer after police say he operated a stolen car and fled when they tried to stop him.
Assault: A Columbiana man reported being assaulted while he was at Salty Grog's, 1203 Boardman-Poland Road.
Burglary: Someone broke into a residence in the 400 block of Rockdale Avenue and stole a 32-inch TV, $25 in currency, a Pittsburgh Steelers coat and two pairs of tennis shoes.
Arrest: After a fast-food employee said she saw a driver consume alcohol while he was at a drive-through window, police arrested a 26-year-old Lisbon man on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge after finding suspected drug abuse paraphernalia and suspected marijuana in the car.
