Nov. 16
Threat: Police arrested a Joan Avenue man after his wife called 911 to report he had a gun and threatened to kill her after they argued.
Breaking and entering: A computer was stolen after someone threw a brick through a window and broke into Rick's Family Motors, 940 N. State St.
Nov. 17
Criminal damaging: Someone threw rocks and broke two windows to a residence in the 600 block of Trumbull Lot.
Breaking and entering: Nothing was missing after someone tossed a brick through a window and broke into Brewster's Ice Cream, 1300 N. State St.
Burglary: A man in the 400 block of East Kline Street reported someone broke into his residence and stole 40 to 50 DVDs.
Assault: A woman in the 100 block of South Davis Street reported a man grabbed her by the throat and choked her during an argument after he came to her residence to visit their children.
Nov. 18
Warrants: After responding to an aggravated menacing call in the 600 block of Trumbull Lot, police arrested a 27-year-old Girard man on two federal weapons violations warrants. They also charged him with possession of cocaine and possession of drug instruments after finding a small bag containing suspected cocaine and a suspected crack pipe in the residence.

Warrant: Police arrested a 21-year-old McDonald man on one count of failure to appear in court on a traffic violation.
Warrant: Police arrested a 23-year-old Youngstown man on one count of failure to appear in court to face a probation violation charge.
Nov. 16
Aggravated burglary: A woman in the 1700 block of Naylor-Lloyd Road reported two men, one of whom was armed with a shotgun, broke into her apartment and demanded money. The pair fled after she struck one of the men.
Theft: A woman reported two credit cards and $28 stolen from her purse while she was at Perkins Family Restaurant, 3632 Belmont Ave.
Auto theft: A man reported his 1992 Buick LeSabre missing from the Knights Inn parking lot, 1600 Motor Inn Drive.

Arrest: Police arrested a 27-year-old Youngstown man on one charge each of telephone harassment, aggravated menacing and menacing after an employee at Master's Bar & amp; Grill, 1675 Trumbull Ave., said he made numerous threats to workers over the phone, as well as threats to blow up the business.
Burglary: Someone broke into a residence in the 900 block of Tibbetts-Wick Road and removed a videocassette recorder/DVD unit, a video game system, an undetermined number of DVDs and an undetermined number of video games.
Criminal damaging: Someone knocked over and damaged an automated teller machine in the lobby at the Holiday Inn, 1620 Motor Inn Drive.
Theft: A stainless steel cookware set and miscellaneous grocery items were stolen from a vehicle parked at Big Lots department store, 3495 Belmont Ave.
Theft: Three trailer tarpaulins were removed from a trailer parked near state Route 193 and Trumbull Avenue.
Assault: After responding to a fight at The Lampost, 2748 Belmont Ave., police arrested a 43-year-old Youngstown man on an assault charge. The victim had various bumps and bruises.

Domestic violence: Police arrested a 16-year-old School Street boy on a domestic violence charge after he called 911 to report a fight between him and his brother.
Nov. 15
Criminal damaging: A student at Hubbard High School, 350 Hall Ave., reported someone damaged his car while it was in the school parking lot.
Assault: A woman reported a man assaulted her son behind the Taco Bell parking lot, 730 W. Liberty St.
Nov. 16
Theft: A man in the 700 block of Taylor Street reported someone stole various items from his rental property.
Nov. 17
Arrests: After conducting a traffic stop, police arrested a Hubbard man on a charge of driving under a suspended license. Also, a woman was arrested after her vehicle was pulled over. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
