Crime: Failure to comply with an order out of Mahoning County Court, Austintown, on a grand theft charge.
Details: Ewing was last known to be living in Columbus.
Description of subject: She is white, 33, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 130 pounds, with blond hair and brown eyes.
