YOUNGSTOWN Calendar winners

The Youngstown Litter Control & amp; Recycling Department sponsored its annual calendar recycling art contest and chose 48 winners. The 2003 calendars will be available Dec. 6 at Youngstown City Hall in the mayor's office. The winners and their schools:
Elementary
