Civic improvementshonored at breakfast
BOARDMAN -- Thomas H. Klier, a senior economist for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, will share his views on the economic outlook in 2003 at the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber's annual Economic Forecast/Civic Improvement Awards Breakfast. The event is set for 7:30 a.m. Wednesday at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman. Civic improvement awards will be presented to local businesses, design firms and architectural firms for new construction that has enhanced the aesthetic quality of the region.
