1994
Jan. 24: Suspended license, $500 fine, 180 days in jail, 175 suspended, one year's probation. File marked "3rd conviction." Then-Judge Andrew Polovischak Jr. Pusey served three days, not five.
Oct. 14: Theft, $500 fine, $450 suspended, 60 days in jail, 57 suspended, credit for one day served. Then-Judge Patrick V. Kerrigan. There's no record to show that Pusey served the additional two days.
1995
May 31: Suspended license, no proof of insurance, 90 days in jail, all suspended, $200 in fines, one year's probation. Polovischak.
1997
Feb. 26: Suspended license, unsafe vehicle (no bumper), 90 days in jail, all suspended, $110 in fines, one year's probation. Polovischak.
1998
Dec. 18: Possession of cocaine. Bound over to Mahoning County grand jury and indicted. Pusey pleaded guilty in June 1999 and case transferred to drug court, which he failed to complete. In April 2000, Pusey was sentenced to six months in prison and given credit for 57 days served in the county jail.
