YOUNGSTOWN -- Frank A. Constantino, assistant vice president and former branch sales manager of Home Savings and Loan's Howland office, is the new manager of the bank's Boardman office. He is assuming the duties of Deborah Schiffhauer, assistant vice president and former branch sales manager of the Boardman Office, who recently accepted the position of loan originator.
Constantino joined the company in July 2000 as a branch sales manager, coming from Sky Bank where he was a district sales manager. A Struthers resident, he is a graduate of Youngstown State University with bachelor's degrees in business administration and elementary education.
Schiffhauer, who joined Home Savings in 1971, has over 31 years of banking experience. Also a YSU graduate and a graduate of the Institute of Financial Education, Schiffhauer lives in Boardman.
WARREN -- Second National Bank has promoted Richard E. Glass and Vera L. Phillips to assistant vice president positions in the consumer lending department.
Glass joined the bank in 1971, a Youngstown State University graduate with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He is also a graduate of the Ohio Bankers Association School of Consumer Credit.
Phillips came to Second National in 1995 as an indirect lending officer with more than 25 years' banking experience. She attended YSU.

YOUNGSTOWN -- Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cleveland has named Jackie P. Alshawabkeh its recruitment and training specialist. She had been a program assistant for the organization's Columbus office. A graduate of The Ohio State University where she earned a bachelor's degree in political science, she lives in Youngstown.
CANFIELD -- Camp Fire USA Northeast Ohio Council has hired Tamica Green of Youngstown as program director. Green had been director of the Federal Plaza in Youngstown. She has a bachelor's degree from YSU and is completing a master's degree from Geneva College.

CANTON -- Innis Maggiore Group has appointed Lorraine Kessle vice president, client services. Kessler had been marketing communications director for the advertising and public relations company, which has offices in Canton, Canfield and Pittsburgh.
Jennifer Samuel of Canfield was hired as senior account supervisor, coming from Lucent Technologies Mobility Solutions Group in New Jersey, where she was director of public relations. She has a bachelor's degree in communication from Bowling Green State University.
Amanda Todorovich was hired for the newly created position of account coordinator in the public relations department. She has a master's degree in communication studies from the University of Akron and has a bachelor's degree from Ohio Northern University.
