Jay's Famous Hot Dogsto celebrate reopening
AUSTINTOWN -- The Jay's Famous Hot Dogs shop on the corner of Mahoning Avenue and Idaho Road, Austintown, is celebrating a grand reopening under new ownership from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday. Chris Panigirakis, the new owner, has renovated the interior.

CORTLAND -- Cortland Bancorp earned $1.6 million in the third quarter, or 42 cents a share, compared with $1.5 million, or 39 cents a share, in the same quarter last year.
