Game time: 1:30 p.m. at Mount Union Stadium in Alliance.Scouting report: Mount Union is coming off a 34-24 win over Ohio Northern, while Wilmington disposed of Heidelberg, 35-28. Mount Union clinched a share of its 11th straight OAC championship. The Purple Raiders, six-time national champions, enter the Wilmington game with college football's longest winning streak of 37 games. Mount Union has won 75 straight OAC games and 83 consecutive regular-season contests, and has compiled a 108-1 regular-season record since 1992. Junior TE Randall Knapp had career-highs of 10 catches and 158 yards against Ohio Northern, while senior RB Dan Pugh turned in his seventh straight 100-yard performance with 172 yards and two TDs. Pugh has an OAC-leading 22 TDs. Game time: 1 p.m. at M.O. Ross Field in Richmond, Ind.Scouting report: Hiram was drubbed by Wabash, 54-7, last week, while Earlham lost to Allegheny, 28-7. Freshman LB Michael Erkkila blocked two kicks against Wabash -- field goal and point-after attempts -- to become the first Terrier since Jermain Tolbert in 1997 against John Carroll to do so. Erkkila tied a school record with the two blocks in one game. Freshman Tim Anderson leads Hiram in rushing with 694 yards in 168 attempts for a 7.1-yard average per game.
WAYNESBURG (5-3, 2-2 PAC)vs. WESTMINSTER (5-4, 3-1)
Game time: 1 p.m. at Harold Burry Stadium in New Wilmington.Scouting report: Last week, Waynesburg beat Frostburg State, 24-21, while Westminster lost to Thomas More, 24-0. In Westminster's loss, junior OG Glenn Silvidi (Hubbard) was named Offensive Titan of the Week, while senior safety Joe Stern was picked as Defensive Titan of the Week and sophomore long-snapper Tanner Larson as Special Teams Titan of the Week. Silvidi was honored for his solid play in the offensive line, while Stern had a team-high 11 tackles, including eight solos; and Larson performed well on the kick and punt coverage units. Junior QB Kevin Huber (Newton Falls) hit on six of 15 passes 60 yards. Sophomore TD Scott Froelich rushed for 67 yards in 20 carries. Junior WRs Brian Ekis (Boardman) and Steve Scott each had three receptions covering 38 and 22 yards combined, respectively. Senior Erick Pabis was involved in a sack to give a school-best 10 1/2 sacks. In Malone's loss, junior QB Eric rector completed 22 of 42 passes for 31 yards and two TDs with two interceptions. He also rushed for 49 yards in 13 carries and one TD. RB Joel Peterson had a team-best 70 rushing yards in 19 attempts, while Blake Renner had six catches for 131 yards and two TDs and Dan Groubert eight receptions for 63 yards.
