Mark Fares, 29, Firnley Avenue, Youngstown; assault.
Kimberly Lewis, 35, West Princeton Avenue, Youngstown; forgery, two counts of theft.
Cynthia A. Bland, 46, Glenwood Avenue, Youngstown; concealed weapon.
Charlie Carlisle, 23, Avondale Avenue, Youngstown; receiving stolen property.
Linda Green, 37, Regent Street, Youngstown; felonious assault.
Kevin Townsend, 29, Mistletoe Avenue, Youngstown; concealed weapon.
Ryan D. Anderson, 23, Norwood Avenue, Youngstown; concealed weapon.
Donald L. Mulholland, 18, Kroeck Avenue, Youngstown; forgery, receiving stolen property, breaking and entering.
Robert R. Key, 23, Ridgelawn Avenue Southeast, Warren; theft.
