XWilliam and Victoria Stein Jr. of Seminole, Fla., announce the birth of their first child, Kevin William, Nov. 1 at St. Joseph's Women's Hospital in Tampa, Fla.. His grandparents are Linda Cator of Warren, William Sr. and Belinda Stein of Warren, and Sam and Athena Procopion of Waterbury, Conn. Great-grandparents are Marvin and Betty Naylor of Austintown.
