Mahoning County commissioners, public hearings at 9:30 a.m. and 9:45 a.m., to discuss adoption of codes and license regulations for county building inspection department. Regular business meeting to follow at 10 a.m. All will be in commissioners' hearing room in the basement of the county courthouse, 120 Market St., Youngstown.
