Parents announce Skerkavich-Smith engagement

XDAYTON -- The engagement of Lisa Anne Skerkavich and Matthew Smith, both of Dayton, is being announced by the bride-to-be's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Skerkavich of Canfield and Mr. and Mrs. Barry Bokanovich of Salem, and the future groom's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Smith of Dayton.
Miss Skerkavich graduated from Ohio Institute of Photography and Technology with an associate degree in professional imaging. She is a digital production artist with Lesko Photography.
A graduate of Ohio State University in Columbus with a bachelor's degree in financial management, Mr. Smith is a loan officer assistant at Horizon Mortgage.
The couple will exchange marriage vows July 19, 2003, during an open ceremony at 1 p.m. at Holy Name Church in Youngstown. Invitations will be extended for an early evening reception at Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown.
