ASSOCIATIONS
XBoardman Civic Association will hold its quarterly dinner meeting at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 18 at the Community Center in Boardman Township Park. CLUBS
XTrumbull Garden Forum will meet at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 21 at the Golden Gate Restaurant in Warren. Guests are welcome. Tickets for the buffet luncheon are $10. GUILDS
XAmerican Sewing Guild, Niles Chapter, will hold a holiday party and meeting Dec. 7 in the Garden Room at Vernon's Cafe, Route 422, Niles. The buffet menu includes wedding soup, beef tips, chicken, fish, potato and vegetable. The cost is $10 for members and $15 for nonmembers. Two gift baskets will be raffled. Christmas stockings will be judged and then filled and donated to Northeast Ohio Adoption Service. Items will be accepted for a Chinese auction. XThe League of Women Voters of Trumbull County will hold an orientation brunch at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 16 at the Avalon Inn, East Market Street, Howland.
