WASHINGTON -- Jerry Stackhouse scored 35 points, and Washington never trailed to break a two-game losing skid. Stackhouse shot 9-of-16 from the field and 15-of-17 from the line. He scored eight straight points in a game-opening 19-3 run. Michael Jordan was 0-for-4 from the field entering the fourth quarter, but he avoided the first scoreless game of his career with a jumper and an acrobatic move for a layup down the stretch. He finished with six points in 24 minutes. Ricky Davis scored 27 points to lead the Cavaliers.
Knicks 95, Kings 88
NEW YORK -- Lee Nailon scored 10 of his 20 points in the fourth quarter as New York handed Sacramento its first three-game losing streak in two seasons. Allan Houston scored 21 and Charlie Ward and Shandon Anderson added 15 each for the Knicks. Chris Webber scored 22 and Peja Stojakovic 19 for the Kings.
76ers 101, Clippers 99, OT
PHILADELPHIA -- Allen Iverson scored six of his 34 points in overtime. Los Angeles had a chance to win in the final seconds, but Elton Brand missed a short turnaround and Michael Olowokandi missed the tip-in. Iverson grabbed the rebound and sealed it with a free throw. Todd MacCulloch had 15 points and eight rebounds. Aaron McKie added 12 points, eight rebounds and five assists for Philadelphia. Brand had 21 points and 19 rebounds, and Olowokandi added 14 points and 13 rebounds for the Clippers.
Mavericks 106, Raptors 92
TORONTO -- Dirk Nowitzki had 28 points and 13 rebounds for unbeaten Dallas. Michael Finley added 22 points for the Mavericks. Shawn Bradley, starting for the injured Raef LaFrentz, had 14 points and 13 rebounds. Voshon Lenard scored 20 points for the Raptors, who were without Vince Carter, out with a strained left quadriceps tendon, and Antonio Davis, who has a strained rib cage. Starting center Jelani McCoy also didn't play after the first quarter because of backs spasms.
Bucks 99, Nets 93
MILWAUKEE -- Ray Allen scored 29 points and Toni Kukoc added 26 as Milwaukee gave New Jersey its first loss of the season. The Bucks shot 9-of-13 from 3-point range through the first three quarters in building a 75-67 lead, then knocked down three more early in the fourth to pull away. Milwaukee made 12 of 20 3-pointers. Jason Kidd paced New Jersey with 24 points and four other players finished in double figures. But Richard Jefferson, averaging a team-high 17.3 points, was held to just one.
Celtics 91, Bulls 69
CHICAGO -- Antoine Walker scored a season-high 22 points, and Paul Pierce added 17 for Boston. Eric Williams had 12 points and Shammond Williams 11 for the Celtics. The Bulls shot just under 30 percent. They also had 20 turnovers -- twice as many as the Celtics -- with five by rookie Jay Williams. Tyson Chandler led Chicago with 15 points.
Hornets 86, SuperSonics 84
NEW ORLEANS -- Baron Davis had 23 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists as New Orleans handed Seattle its first loss of the season. David Wesley added 19 points for New Orleans, including four 3-pointers. Jamal Mashburn scored 16 for the Hornets. Gary Payton had 29 points and nine assists for the SuperSonics, while Rashard Lewis scored 21.
Pistons 80, Jazz 78
SALT LAKE CITY -- Jon Barry hit a 3-pointer with 22.3 seconds remaining for Detroit. Richard Hamilton had 28 points and Clifford Robinson scored a season-high 16 for the Pistons. Ben Wallace had 15 rebounds and nine points for the Pistons. Utah's Karl Malone, who has been bothered by a head cold and was held scoreless Sunday at Seattle for the first time in his career, missed a game for just the 10th time.
Suns 93, Hawks 88
PHOENIX -- Penny Hardaway scored 16 of his 20 points in the fourth quarter, helping Phoenix rally from a 14-point deficit. Shawn Marion had 26 points and nine rebounds to help snap Atlanta's three-game winning streak. Jason Terry had 22 points and eight assists for the Hawks, and Shareef Abdur-Rahim scored 19.
Trail Blazers 94, Grizzlies 88
PORTLAND, Ore. -- Rasheed Wallace had 18 points and eight rebounds as Portland overcame a spate of injuries to beat Memphis. Scottie Pippen, who came in off the bench when Derek Anderson left with a concussion in the first quarter, added 16 points for the Blazers (2-3). Dale Davis had 10 points and 13 rebounds. Pau Gasol, last season's Rookie of the Year, led all scorers with 23 points for the Grizzlies. Jason Williams had 19 points and 11 assists. The Trail Blazers were already without starting forward Bonzi Wells, a last-minute scratch because of a sore right foot, and center Arvydas Sabonis (strained hamstring).
