Warrant: Police arrested a 19-year-old Boardman man on one count of failure to appear in court to answer a charge of operating a vehicle without an operator's license.
Arrest: A 25-year-old Boardman man was charged with assault and furnishing alcohol to minors.
Theft, forgery: An employee at American General Finance, 441 Boardman-Canfield Road, reported the business was the victim of forgery and grand theft after someone fraudulently purchased $2,209 worth of furniture.
Bogus checks: An employee at Seven Seventeen Credit Union, 7371 California Ave., reported two checks totaling $6,100 were returned for being written on a closed account.
Arrest: A 26-year-old Youngstown woman was arrested on a charge of theft by deception.
Criminal damage: The manager of an apartment complex in the 7300 block of West Boulevard discovered damage to a portion of two retaining walls.
Theft: A man in the 400 block of Grover Drive reported his father's Jeep was broken into. An in-dash compact disc player, two 10-inch speakers and an amplifier were stolen.
Burglary: A woman in the 7300 block of Oregon Trail discovered her residence was broken into and two antique diamond rings and a National City Bank check were stolen.
Stolen credit card: A Youngstown woman reported her Kaufmann's credit card was stolen and used to make several fraudulent purchases at Southern Park Mall.
Theft: Police arrested a 33-year-old Youngstown woman on a theft charge after an employee at Giant Eagle, 476 Boardman-Canfield Road, said he saw her leave without paying for 27 packs of cigarettes.
Assault: A Campbell man reported being assaulted at a residence in the 1300 block of Quail Court.
Warrant: Police arrested a 31-year-old Boardman man on a charge of passing bad checks.
Breaking and entering: Police discovered a break-in at Rudy's Barber Shop, 5150 Southern Blvd. A set of hair clippers and $7 in currency were stolen.
Theft, criminal damage: An in-dash CD player and 70 CDs were stolen from a vehicle, which had its dashboard damaged, in the 4000 block of Sylvia Lane.
Criminal damage: Two windows at Ralph & amp; Friend's Hair Designers, 5132 Southern Blvd., were broken.
Bogus check: A woman in the 6900 block of Paxton Road reported receiving a $50 check for payment of services that was drawn on a closed account.
Forgery: Sixteen forged checks totaling $9,920 were cashed at First Place Bank, 724 Boardman-Poland Road.
Theft: Ten cans of infant formula were stolen from Giant Eagle.
Breaking and entering: A man in the 4100 block of Arden Boulevard reported his three vehicles were broken into and an undetermined amount of property was stolen.
Theft: Two Youngstown boys, ages 14 and 15, were arrested on a theft charge after two pairs of socks, a belt and a pair of pants were stolen from Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive.
Theft, criminal damage: A CD case with about 150 CDs was removed from a car, which had damage to its in-dash stereo system, while it was parked at Target department store in the Shops at Boardman Park

Arrest: Police arrested a 20-year-old Youngstown woman on one count each of obstructing official business, disorderly conduct while intoxicated and operating a vehicle without an operator's license.
Oct. 31
Theft: A Polaris 500 all-terrain vehicle, two 5-gallon gasoline cans and three padlocks were stolen from a construction site at A.P. O' Horo, 8025 South Ave.
Theft: A Toro snowblower was removed from the garage of a residence in the 1600 block of Palo Verde Drive.
Drugs: A 20-year-old Boardman woman was arrested on a charge of illegal processing of drug documents after an employee at Walgreens drug store, 7295 Market St., said she presented an altered prescription for narcotics at the drive-thru window.
Criminal damage: A vehicle's door handle was broken in the 100 block of Washington Boulevard.
Drugs: A 38-year-old Cortland man was arrested on one charge each of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug abuse instruments after police conducted a vehicle inventory search and found a syringe and a suspected crack pipe with residue inside the car.
Vandalism: A woman in the 4100 block of Shelby Road reported someone threw eggs on her husband's work van.
Domestic violence: A 27-year-old Boardman man was arrested on a domestic violence charge after a woman riding in a vehicle with him reported being the victim of domestic violence.
Theft, warrant: A 25-year-old East Palestine woman was arrested on a theft charge after a Mineral Ridge woman said the suspect stole her purse at BW-3 in Southern Park Mall. The suspect also was wanted on a Columbiana County warrant charging her with failure to appear in court.

Drugs: Police arrested two Boardman men, ages 19 and 41, at a residence in the 50 block of Meadowbrook Avenue on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge.
Drugs: A 19-year-old Boardman man was arrested on a charge of possession of drugs and trafficking in drugs after police went to his residence in the 300 block of Argyle Avenue with a search warrant.
Identity theft: An East Liverpool man reported someone used his identity for fraudulent purposes.
Theft: An arc welder machine was stolen from Treeman Industries Inc., 691 McClurg Road.
Threat: An employee at Trade Secret in Southern Park Mall reported a former worker threatened her after the victim fired the woman.
Possible theft: An employee at Mel Enterprises Inc., 5600 Market St., alleged a former worker failed to return a vacuum, a tool kit and another item to the business.
Theft: A woman in the 800 block of Boardman-Canfield Road reported $68 in currency was stolen from a bedroom in her apartment.
Identity theft: A woman in the 7500 block of Sugarcreek Drive reported someone fraudulently used her identity to open an AT & amp;T calling card account. The woman said she received a $1,057.76 bill.

Assault: A Campbell woman reported her 36-year-old boyfriend assaulted her at an apartment in the 6300 block of South Avenue.
Attempted auto theft: A man in the 7400 block of Jaguar Court reported that his 1994 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer was moved from his driveway. The vehicle's steering column and driver's-side door lock were damaged.
Identity theft: A man in the 300 block of Argyle Avenue reported that his personal information was used to fraudulently obtain goods, services and credit at various businesses.
Bogus checks: Police arrested a 43-year-old Poland man on a charge of passing bad checks after an employee at Seven Seventeen Credit Union reported he cashed two checks totaling $550 on a closed account.
Possible fraud: A woman in the 70 block of Fernwood Avenue alleged her former husband used their daughter's personal information to defraud various utility companies.
Theft: A 41-year-old Greenbrier, Tenn., woman was charged with theft after four necklaces and a set of earrings were stolen from the JCPenney store in Southern Park Mall.
Theft: Police arrested a 34-year-old Youngstown woman on a theft charge after two faucets were stolen from Lowe's department store, 1100 Doral Drive.
Arrests: Police arrested a 16-year-old Youngstown boy on charges of theft, resisting arrest and possession of criminal tools. Police also arrested two Youngstown boys, ages 13 and 16, on charges of receiving stolen property.
Another 13-year-old Youngstown boy was arrested on one count each of receiving stolen property and criminal damage.

Vandalism: A man in the 10 block of Second Street reported several juveniles damaged various Halloween pumpkins in the area.
Nov. 3
Vandalism: Someone used spray paint to vandalize the inside of a garage at a residence in the 100 block of North Main Street.
