Drug paraphernalia/abuse: Police charged an 18-year-old Canfield man with possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse after police found a pipe containing suspected marijuana residue and a small plastic bag of suspected marijuana during a traffic stop on Stoneybrook Lane.
Oct. 31
Drug paraphernalia: Police arrested an 18-year-old Canfield man after they found a clear cylinder containing suspected marijuana residue and a gallon milk jug with a pipe on Deer Trail Avenue. The officers were passing out Halloween candy when they noticed two suspicious-looking men running in the neighborhood.

Drug offense: Police arrested a man on charges of possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia at Four Mile Run and Webb roads.
Attempted theft: Would-be thieves tried to steal a quad cycle from the bed of a pickup truck in the 1000 block of Javit Court.
Auto theft: A 1998 red Chevrolet Cavalier was stolen from the 60 block of Westminister Ave.
Warrant: Police arrested a man on felony charges from a warrant issued by Hubbard police in the 5000 block of West Webb Road.
Criminal damage: Lawn damage was reported in the 4000 block of Lanterman Road.
Theft: House keys were taken from an auto in the 4000 block of Burkey Road.

Drug offense: Police issued a summons for the arrest of a man for drug abuse of marijuana at Rhode Island Drive at Idaho Road.
Theft: A sunroof was damaged and compact discs stolen in the 60 block of N. Raccoon Rd.
Warrant: Police arrested a man in the 600 block of North Raccoon Road on a warrant out of Mahoning County Court for failure to appear on a probation violation.
Theft: One-hundred gallons of diesel fuel was stolen from the TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.
Theft: Craftsman wrenches were stolen from Sears, 5760 Interstate Blvd.

Warrant: Police arrested a man on a warrant out of Mahoning County Court for theft and menacing. The arrest was at the Ohio State Highway Patrol Post 50, 500 S. Broad St.
Criminal mischief: Police arrested a man for tampering with locked vehicles in the parking lot at Days Inn, 1051 N. Niles-Canfield Road.
Criminal damage: A fence was damaged in the residential 6000 block of Kirk Road.
Theft: Money was reported stolen at Kirkmere Pizza, 4218 Mahoning Ave.
Aggravated burglary: Money was reported taken in the residential 3000 block of Cumberland Drive.
Warrant: Police arrested a man in the 4000 block of South Warwick Drive on a secret indictment from Mahoning County Common Pleas Court on two counts of trafficking and possession of marijuana.
Personal injury: Two females were bitten by a dog in the area of the 200 block of South Main Street.
Property damage: Lawn damage was reported in the 600 block of North Four Mile Run Road.
Theft: A skateboard deck was stolen from Gravity House, 1739 S. Raccoon Road.
Drug offense: A 17-year-old female was accused of a drug offense in the 2000 block of South Turner Road.
Theft from auto: Four tire rim center caps were stolen from Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Felonious assault: A man is accused in an assault at The Babylon, 114 Javitt Court.
Warrant: Police arrested a man at an apartment in the 4000 block of Kirk Road on a warrant out of Mahoning County Court for theft by deception.

Destroyed animal: A deer was destroyed with a shotgun from a police car in the roadway in the 6000 block of Mahoning Avenue.
Weapons offense: Police arrested a man for possession of a loaded .357 handgun on Mahoning Avenue at state Route 46 and placed in county jail.
Burglary: A burglary was reported in the residential 4000 block of Woodhurst Drive.
Criminal damage: A vehicle was damaged at Austintown Fitch High School.
Theft: Thirty gallons of gasoline were stolen from Sheetz gas station, 5499 Mahoning Avenue.
Assault: An 8-year-old's candy was taken on Meanderwood Drive at Berry Blossom Drive.
Theft: Halloween decorations were stolen from a residence the 1800 block of Countryside Drive.
Criminal mischief: A house was egged in the 5000 block of West Rockwell Road.
Attempted burglary: Unidentified suspects attempted to gain entry to a residence in the 3000 block of Johnson Farm.

Attempted theft from auto: A door lock was pulled on a vehicle in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.
Breaking and entering: Tools were taken at Terry's Auto Detailing, 5317 Mahoning Ave., after a break-in.
Drug offense: Police arrested a man for possession of pills at New and Raccoon roads.
Burglary: An unidentified white man deceived the resident to get in and a prescription was taken at an apartment in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.
Burglary: A second resident was duped and a prescription was taken at another apartment in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.
Burglary: A third apartment was entered by a white man who deceived the owner to get in and a prescription was taken in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.
Theft: The contents were taken out of a purse left in the bathroom at Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Avenue.
Burglary: Another apartment owner was fooled into letting a white man in who took a prescription in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.
Criminal damage: A security light was broken at the Saxon Club, 710 S. Meridian Road.
Theft: An undetermined amount of money was stolen from Denny's Restaurant, 4527 Mahoning Avenue.
Drug offense: Two males were arrested on a drug offense at Four Mile Run Road and South Meridian Road.
Criminal damage: Scratches were reported to the passenger side and hood of a vehicle in the 1200 block of Woodledge Drive.
