XAmerican Legion Post 560, 103 Twelfth St., Campbell, will sponsor a fish and shrimp fry from noon to 6 p.m. at the post home. The menu will feature fresh ocean perch or shrimp, macaroni and cheese or french fries, coleslaw, bread and coffee. Prices are $6 for adults and $4 for children. XFraternal Order of Eagles 3298,1655 Raccoon Road, Austintown, will serve fish dinners from 4 to 8 p.m. All-you-can-eat fried fish is $5.95, and broiled fish is $6.95. Patrons will have the choice of two side dishes. Carryouts will be available; call (330) 550-8274.
XGuilford Lake Ruritan Club will hold a fish fry from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Ruritan Hall, State Route 172 at Hanna Drive, Guilford Lake. Meals include all-you-can-eat beer batter fish, scalloped potatoes, coleslaw or tossed salad, green beans, ice cream and beverage. The cost is $7 for adults and $3.50 for children.
XHoly Trinity Church, 250 Bridge St., Struthers, will be selling potato, cabbage and lekvar pirogi. Orders will be taken from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at (330) 755-0064. No walk-ins will be accepted. Orders may be picked up from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday. Patrons are asked to provide containers.
XHoly Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church will serve fish dinners from 4 to 7 p.m. at the church hall, 53 Laird Ave., Youngstown, The menu will consist of baked or fried Icelandic cod, Spanish rice or haluski, macaroni and cheese, french fries, coleslaw, bread, and coffee or tea. XHoly Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church Hall, 526 W. Rayen Ave., Youngstown, will be selling pirogi, hot pirogi lunches, and plain, cinnamon and powdered sugar doughnuts. XSt. Paul the Apostle Church, Main Street, New Middletown, will sell potato, sweet cabbage and cottage cheese pirogi. Orders can be called to (330) 542-3525 from 7 to 11 a.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. to noon Friday. No walk-in orders will be accepted. Pickup will be from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday. Frozen pirogi will be available.
XSt. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, Youngstown, will make boil-in-the-bag sweet cabbage and potato and cheese pirogi. Orders must be made in advance by calling (330) 743-0419 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Thursday. Pickup will be from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday at the Shady Run Activity Center, 3800 Shady Run Road, Youngstown. Walk-ins are welcome.
XSt. Stanislaus Church, 430 Williamson Ave., Youngstown, will sell potato, kraut and cottage cheese pirogi. Advance orders will be taken at (330) 747-3024 from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Friday while supplies last. The cost is $3.50 a dozen. Lunches are served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday. Patrons are asked to provide their own containers and use the side entrance.

XMathews High School Class of 2004 will sponsor an all-you-can-eat spaghetti dinner from 3 to 7 p.m. at the school, 4429 Warren-Sharon Road, Vienna. Meals cost $5 and include meatballs, salad, bread, dessert and beverage. Preschoolers may eat for free. Takeouts will be available.
XMen's Group of Grace Lutheran Church, 111 Hall Ave., Hubbard, will sponsor its 34th annual kraut dinner from 4 to 6:30 p.m. or until the food runs out. Cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children 5-12 and free to those under 5. Proceeds will go to camp scholarships, and matching funds of up to $450 are being applied for through the Trumbull Branch of Lutheran Brotherhood Insurance 8554.
XOld Springfield United Church of Christ, Route 170, New Middletown, will hold a fall dinner from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the church. Tickets for the turkey dinner with all the trimmings including dessert and beverage cost $6.50 for adults, $3.50 for children 5-12 and free for those 4 and under. Tickets may be obtained at the door. There also will be a Chinese auction and bake sale starting at 10 a.m.
XVolant Volunteer Fire Department will hold its semiannual buckwheat pancake and sausage day from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the fire station, Main Street, Volant, Pa. XKennedy Catholic High School, 2120 Shenango Valley Freeway, Hermitage, Pa., will hold its second annual spaghetti dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The dinner is being sponsored by the student council. Tickets are $6 each. The annual school open house will be held from 1 to 3 p.m., and Students for Charity will sponsor a bake sale during the dinner.
