JFK High School seeksitems for rummage sale
WARREN -- John F. Kennedy High School's student council is seeking donations of furniture, appliances, books, yard supplies, children's clothing and toys for its annual rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 16 at the school.
Items should be clean and in working order. Donations will be accepted Nov. 11-15 at JFK between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Arrangements can be made to pick up larger items by calling (330) 369-1804.
Block watch Monday
YOUNGSTOWN -- South Avenue Block Watch will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church at Cameron Avenue and Gibson Street. Police Chief Robert Bush will discuss neighborhood crime prevention.
