Carla Kollar, Robert Poghen to be married

XYOUNGSTOWN -- Patricia Kollar of Youngstown is announcing the forthcoming marriage of her daughter, Carla Ann Kollar of Youngstown, and Robert Michael Poghen of Canfield.
The future groom is a son of Barbara Poghen of Youngstown and Robert Poghen of Austintown. The bride-elect also is a daughter of the late Albert Kollar.
Miss Kollar is a sales representative for a hair-care distributor based in Tampa, Fla.
Mr. Poghen graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in finance. He is self-employed.
The couple will exchange vows Nov. 30 during an open-church ceremony planned for 3 p.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Invitations will be extended for a reception at the church hall.
