HERMITAGE, Pa. -- The Customer Service Center of F.N.B., a subsidiary of F.N.B. Corp., has promoted Andrew Lellio to senior vice president. Lellio joined the company in 1980 and had been vice president and user automation manager for the customer service center. A Hubbard native, Lellio has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Kent State University.
First National Bank, an affiliate of F.N.B., has hired Dennis L. Koch of Boardman as vice president in the commercial lending area. Koch has been employed within the banking industry for over 25 years in the Youngstown area. He is a graduate of Sharon High School and has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Pennsylvania State University, State College.

CANFIELD -- Innis Maggiore Group, an advertising and public relations firm, has appointed Jack Wollitz as an account supervisor in its Youngstown office. Wollitz had been vice president of public relations and employee communications at Sherman and Associates in Warren. He is also a fishing columnist for The Vindicator, a position he plans to retain.
A Poland resident, Wollitz has a bachelor's degree in communication from Youngstown State University, and he did graduate work there in English literature.
YOUNGSTOWN -- Mahoning and Columbiana Training Association has hired Michele Long as a youth career consultant in its Lisbon office and Laura A. Smith as a career consultant.
Long is a former employee of the Columbiana County Department of Job and Family Services and also worked at Help Hotline Crisis Center. She graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in Social Work.
Smith has several years of experience in career counseling. She has a bachelor's degree in education from Youngstown State University.

YOUNGSTOWN -- Jim Bradley has joined the 27 WKBN and Fox 17/62 sales team as an account manager. A Youngstown native, Bradley graduated from McDonald High School and studied telecommunications and English literature at Youngstown State University. He had been a production videographer for Channels 27 and 17/62.
CALL CENTERS
AKRON -- InfoCision Management Corporation has announced four promotions:
U Mickey Grubbs was named call center supervisor of the company's Austintown Christian call center. An Austintown resident, Grubbs holds a bachelor's degree in education from Youngstown State University. He joined the company about three years ago as a program supervisor.
U Frank Keeley and Jeff Kamin were both promoted to call center supervisors in the company's Boardman volunteer recruitment call center. Keeley, of Mineral Ridge, began his career with the company last year as a communicator in the company's Austintown call center and had been an acting call center manager in the Boardman center since its opening.
Kamin joined the company two years ago as a program supervisor in the Austintown call center and has acted as call center supervisor in the company's newest Boardman center. The Boardman resident holds a bachelor's degree in marketing management from Florida Southern College.
U Maggie Lehnerd was named call center supervisor of the company's Austintown commercial customer care call center. The Youngstown resident started with the company in 1997 as a communicator and until recently was program supervisor. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University.

WARREN -- Pam S. Wilson of Howland has been named administrative assistant of the Trumbull County American Cancer Society. A Howland High School graduate, she had been a bridal consultant at Evaline's Bridal Shop in Warren.
