Suspect in slaying
WARREN -- City police have a suspect in custody for the slaying of a man late Friday night. Jonathan Barnes, no age or address available, was found dead outside a house at Fifth Avenue and Tod Avenue SW about 6 a.m. Saturday, police said.
The man had been stabbed and died about 11 p.m. Friday, police said. A suspect surrendered to police about 1 p.m. Saturday and is in custody, although no formal charges have been filed, police said.
