Player wins 'Bonus Cash'

LEETONIA -- Mantie M. Smith of Leetonia beat the odds of one in 1 million to win $20,000 in the Ohio Lottery's instant game "Bonus Cash," lottery officials announced Friday.
After mandatory state and federal withholding taxes totaling 30.5 percent, Smith will receive $13,900 in four to six weeks, they said. Smith filed a claim for the winning ticket in the Youngstown regional office of the lottery. Three other Ohioans have won the $20,000 top prize in "Bonus Cash," a $2 instant game, since tickets for it went on sale March 4.
