The following people were indicted Thursday by a Mahoning County grand jury:
Megan E. Buchanan, 19, Euclid Street, Salem; two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide.
Luisa A. Helms, 31, Himrod Avenue, Youngstown; felonious assault.
Tashala Reese, 19, Elm Street, Youngstown; felonious assault.
Kimberly Gulu, 26, East Kendis Circle, Youngstown; felonious assault.
Tyrell Oliver, 23, West Myrtle Avenue, Youngstown; illegal possession of weapons, carrying concealed weapon.
Ian Perry, 24, Fairgreen Avenue, Youngstown; cocaine possession.
Shawn W. Spencer, 31, North Road, Niles; heroin possession.
Sandra E. Duckworth, 45, Almyra Avenue, Youngstown; forgery, receiving stolen property.
Michelle Brown, 31, St. Louis Avenue, Youngstown; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Letwan Cherry, 22, Halleck Street, Youngstown; cocaine possession, failure to comply with a police order.
Robert McClaughlin, 40, Anderson Avenue, Niles; heroin possession.
