Miss Mast to wed Marshall Baird in August rite

MILLERSBURG -- Ben and Laura Mast, 3149 state Route 39, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Julie Mast of the same address, and Marshall Baird, son of Bill and Janie Strohecker, all of 294 Lyons Ave., East Palestine.
Miss Mast graduated from Mount Union College in Alliance with a degree in elementary education. She is a teacher with East Holmes School District in Berlin.
Mr. Baird earned a degree in computer information systems at MUC. He is employed by Jasar Recycling Inc. in East Palestine.
The couple's wedding is planned for 3 p.m. Aug. 3 at Walnut Creek Mennonite Church in Walnut Creek. A reception will take place afterward at Carlisle Village Inn, also in Walnut Creek. Invitations will be extended for the ceremony and reception.
