Hughes-Bowman wedding is set for mid-June

YOUNGSTOWN -- Mack and Judy Beck of 160 E. Auburndale Ave. are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Lynda L. Hughes, 463 Clearmount Drive, to Claude E. Bowman, 45 Broadway.
Mr. Bowman is a son of the late Claude E. and Dorothy Bowman, who had lived in Youngstown.
The couple will be married at 2 p.m. June 15 during an open ceremony at New Hope Baptist Church, where a reception will follow.
The future bride is employed as a child-care aide at Concepts of Learning.
Mr. Bowman is a supervisor at Mahoning Valley Newspaper Co.
