YOUNGSTOWN -- The Lansingville Block Watch will have a meeting at 7 p.m. Sunday at the St. Matthias School, 2800 Shady Run Road, on the city's South Side. A speaker will explain Mahoning County's new voting machines.
Seeking input on plan
CANFIELD -- Mill Creek MetroParks is seeking public comment on a plan to resurface Cross Drive between Old Furnace Road and Bears Den Cabin and Valley Drive between Canfield Road and Easy Cohasset Drive this summer.
The roads will be closed during the repaving. The Lanterman's Mill and Bears Den Cabin parking lots will remain open, however. The project is slated to be complete by September. To comment, call (330) 702-3000.
