Friends of Fellowsplan annual saleof spring plants
YOUNGSTOWN -- Friends of Fellows Riverside Gardens' Spring Plant Sale will be from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
This year's event includes annuals, hanging baskets, herbs, shrubs, unusual perennials, summer bulbs, and garden-related merchandise.
New this year will be vegetable plants and an interesting selection of small fruit plants, such as raspberries, blueberries and currants.
A members-only preview will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday.
Nonmembers may join the Friends organization at the sale and receive the member discount.
