Crime: Theft from the elderly. There is a warrant for his arrest out of Mahoning County Court in Canfield.
Details: Uthe was last known to be living in Austintown.
Description of subject: He is white; 34; 6 feet 2 inches tall; and about 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his upper left arm and left forearm.
