Parents announce Kortes-Medvec wedding plans

The engagement of Christine Kortes, 476 S. Raccoon Road, Austintown, and Daniel Medvec, 260 Elm Court, Struthers, is being announced by their parents.
Miss Kortes is a daughter of Neal and Paula Kortes and Patti and Steve Horvath, all of Girard. Parents of the future groom are John and Diane Medvec of the Struthers address.
St. Dominic Church in Youngstown will be the setting at 2 p.m. May 25 for the couple's open wedding. Invitations are being extended for their evening reception at the Maronite Center, also in Youngstown.
The bride-elect graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree and is a customer-support representative with ComDoc in Girard.
Mr. Medvec is a warehouse supervisor with Sleepy Hollow Sleep Shop in Youngstown. He holds a certificate from Youngstown College of Massotherapy.
