Parents announce Cross-Perdue engagement

YOUNGSTOWN -- Mr. and Mrs. Waymond N. Cross Sr., 289 Mumford Circle, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Charese A. Cross, and Charles L. Perdue Sr., both of 910 Hawthorne St.
The future groom is a son of Relean Perdue, 1125 Stiles Ave.
Miss Cross, who attended Youngstown State University, is a clerical specialist with Mahoning County Child Support.
Mr. Perdue also attended YSU. He is a home-mortgage consultant with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Boardman.
Invitations will be issued for the couple's wedding to take place at 4 p.m. June 15 at the Boardman Township Park gazebo. An evening reception, also by invitation, is planned at The Elm Tree in Struthers.
