Janine Zinz to be bride of Jeffery Brown

The engagement of Janine R. Zinz and Jeffery D. Brown, both of Adenlee, Fairfax, Va., is being announced by their parents.
Miss Zinz, a daughter of Corinne Zinz of Aldrich Road, Austintown, and Richard Zinz of Mahoning Avenue, Austintown, is a family-medicine resident at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Fairfax. She graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree and received her doctor of medicine degree from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine.
Parents of the prospective groom are David and Maryann Brown, Churchill Road, Girard. He served with the U.S. Marine Corps and graduated from YSU with a bachelor's and a master's degree in economics, and is an economist with the Bureau of Labor Statistics in Washington.
The couple have chosen Mount Olivet United Church of Christ in North Lima for their open wedding at 11:30 a.m. Sept. 7. Invitations will be issued for their outdoor reception at First Presbyterian Church of Girard.
