McDonald lift-a-thon

McDonald lift-a-thon
McDONALD -- The annual lift-a-thon sponsored by the McDonald High School Athletic Department will take on a new goal this year. The event is planned for 9 a.m. to midnight Saturday in the high school weight room. Students under the direction of head football coach Dan Williams and athletic director Fred Gault will be raising money to buy weight equipment for a new weight room. In the past, the lift-a-thon has raised funds to support the high school football program. The hope is for a year-round athletic training facility.
