Youngstown BPW sets brunch, fashion show

NEW SPRINGFIELD -- The Youngstown Business and Professional Women's Club will sponsor "Shades of Spring" brunch and fashion show March 23 at Fonderlac Country Club, 1140 Paulin Road.
The event will get under way at 11 a.m. A luncheon will be served at noon. There will be a cash bar, and a Chinese auction also will be held.
The cost is $20 a person. Checks should be made payable to Youngstown BPW and sent to Julie Wright, 9085 Woodworth Road, North Lima, Ohio 44452. Deadline for reservations is Friday; call Ginny Carissimi at (330) 726-0357.
In charge: Linda Deckart is chairman of the event. Assisting with arrangements are Sandra Johnston, publicity; Julie Wright, treasurer; Joanne Stock, auction chairman; and Dorothy Peron, auction co-chairman.
Proceeds will benefit the club's scholarship fund.
