OCHO RIOS, Jamaica -- The wedding of Angela L. Walker and Terrell N. Billups took place at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 10 at St. Ann Parish.
The Rev. Garland Black officiated for the daughter of Delorise Jackson and Mr. and Mrs. Amos Walker, all of Youngstown, and the son of Charles and Julia Billups, also of Youngstown.
The couple spent their honeymoon in Jamaica and are living in Austintown.
A postnuptial reception will be held at a later date.
The bride wore a white satin gown designed with a Queen Anne neckline, long tapered sleeves and a fitted bodice trimmed with sequins, lace and pearls. The full skirt featured a cathedral train edged in lace.
Maid of honor was Latesha Weller of Ocho Rios, and performing the duties of best man was Lawrence Sutherland, also of Ocho Rios.
Mrs. Billups graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in telecommunications and is employed with Mahoning County Jobs & amp; Family Services in Youngstown.
Mr. Billups holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from YSU. He is employed at Lincoln Place in Youngstown.
