Salon-Marlin engagement is announced

Richard and Ronna Marlin of Liberty Township and Joel and Joann Salon of Shaker Heights are announcing the engagement of their children, Marc Bryan Marlin and Alyson Rachel Salon, both of Washington.
Miss Salon graduated from the SI Newhouse School of Public Communication at Syracuse University and is a graphic designer for Education Week.
The prospective groom graduated from the University of Michigan and is an investment associate with the International Finance Corp., a member of the World Bank Group.
The couple are planning a July wedding.
