Two men face charges in separate weekend incidents

YOUNGSTOWN -- A 19-year-old South Side man was arrested by deputy sheriffs after he argued and fought with them over the earlier arrest of his brother.
He faces misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Authorities say he went to the Mahoning County Justice Center about 5:30 p.m. Saturday, demanding to see an arrest report and to visit his brother.
Deputies asked him to leave. As he was escorted outside, he swore and struggled with two deputies.
A 27-year-old Canfield man, meanwhile, faces a charge of aggravated menacing after he threatened to shoot his landlord with a shotgun, sheriff's department reports show.
The landlord told deputies he went to the St. Andrews Drive apartment about 8 a.m. Sunday after the tenant had complained that his heat was not working.
When the landlord knocked, the tenant opened the door, said he had knocked too loudly, swore and slammed it in the landlord's face.
He swore again, telling the landlord to get away from the apartment and threatened to shoot him with a shotgun.
When deputies arrived, the tenant was unloading the gun, reports show.
