AUSTINTOWN -- The marriage of Cassandra A. Young, 3550 E. Western Reserve Road, Poland, and Stephen Mirich Jr., 2223 Kirk Road, Youngstown, was solemnized by the Revs. Gary Koerth and Matt Smith at 1 p.m. Feb. 2 at Tabernacle Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
After a reception at the Dutch Village Inn, Columbiana, the couple left for a wedding trip to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.
The daughter of Terri and John Krett of the Poland address and Bill Young of Conneaut Lake, Pa., and the son of Stephen and Beverly Mirich, 3238 Meredyth Lane, Youngstown, live at the Kirk Road address.
The bride's sleeveless white satin gown was designed with a beaded empire-style bodice, and the skirt flowed into a sweep train.
Honor attendants were Kelly Young, the bride's sister, and Lisa Hanuscak, and bridesmaids were Brooke Smith; Tammy Loew, a sister of the groom; Tami Franklin; and Jen Davenport. Flower girl was the bride's sister, Hannah Young.
The duties of best man were shared by Matt Smith and Aaron Morgan, and groomsmen were Kenny Sigurani; Brian Loew, the groom's brother-in-law; Adam Grymberg; and Dan Young, the bride's uncle.
The bride holds a degree in massotherapy from Youngstown College of Massotherapy and is a teller at Farmers National Bank.
The groom, an assembler at General Motors, Lordstown, graduated from Geneva College in Beaver Falls, Pa., with a degree in community ministry.
