Carnahans celebrate anniversary during party held in Boardman

LIBERTY -- The 40th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Roger Carnahan of Liberty was celebrated June 29 at the Olive Garden in Boardman during a party held by their family.
Invitations for the event were extended by their children and their spouses, Alan and Lisa Carnahan of Boardman, Doug Carnahan of Liberty, Cheryl and David Steele of Wilder, Ky., and Jim and Heather Carnahan of Cleveland.
The couple, who have four grandchildren, were married July 7, 1962, at Christ Church in Warren, where they are members.
Mrs. Carnahan, the former Roselyn Boyd, is employed by Trumbull County Board of Elections in Warren.
Mr. Carnahan served with the U.S. Army and is the captain of the Liberty Fire Department.
