YOUNGSTOWN -- A reception at the Grand Pavilion at Opus Twenty One in Howland followed the June 29 wedding of Bridget Scarsella and Dan Perez, who exchanged vows during a 3 p.m. ceremony at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.
Monsignor Michael Cariglio officiated for the daughter of Cathy and Fred Scarsella, 7400 Eagle Trace, Boardman, and the son of Rose and Rick Perez, 5500 Port Chester Drive, Hudson.
After a honeymoon trip to Florida the couple will live in Stow.
The bride wore a white sleeveless gown of Italian satin designed with a modified sweetheart neckline and trimmed with floral embroidery on the bodice and hemline.
Eva Marie Scarsella was maid of honor for her sister, and bridesmaids were Jennifer Perez, the groom's sister, and Turie Belasco, Gabrielle Lazzeri and Jennifer Yazbek. Junior bridesmaid was the bride's sister, Monica Scarsella. They wore lilac gowns. The groom's cousins, Lauren Arsena and Samantha Perez, were flower girls.
Best man was Jim Holt, and groomsmen were Suman Tandra, Dana Nelson, Peter Kovalik and Dan Conway. Matthew Trampler, the groom's cousin, was junior groomsman.
Mrs. Perez is studying interior design at Kent State University.
Her husband holds a degree in accounting from KSU and is employed in that field at JoAnn Fabrics in Hudson.
