NORTH BLOOMFIELD -- North Bloomfield United Methodist Church will host a concert in the park at 7 p.m. Sunday. Bring lawn chairs. The performer will be vocalist Tia Cifirnio of Warren who specializes in Christian Gospel music and writes most of her material.
Special serviceand conference
FARRELL, Pa. -- New and Living Way Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ of Farrell, Pa., will hold a service, "I know something good about you!" at 6 p.m. July 7. The church will also hold its annual music conference at 7:30 p.m. July 12 and 13 and 4 p.m. July 14.
25th anniversary
LAKE MILTON -- A celebration of faith was held June 22 by the parishes of St. James in North Jackson and St. Catherine in Lake Milton to honor the 25th anniversary of the ordination of the Rev. David W. Merzweiler. A Mass of Thanksgiving was celebrated at 5 p.m. followed by an informal buffet at St. Catherine with members from parishes he was associated with during his quarter century of 25 years of ministry.
Bus tour set
LEETONIA -- Jesus the Key Ministry will sponsor a tour to Branson, Mo., July 15 to 20 to see seven shows that will include the Oakridge Boys. Annual celebration
WARREN -- Coleman Chapel C.M.E. Church will have its annual men's and women's day celebration at 11 a.m. Sunday. The women's speaker will be former Warren Councilwoman Sherry Cox-Calloway and the men's speaker is Rev. Kenneth Wilkins of New Creation Baptist Church. The theme is, "Walking in Love, the More Excellent Way of Life."
