SMALL SHIPS Street closings

Various downtown Sharon streets and intersections will be closed to motor vehicles from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday for the annual Small Ships Revue. There will be a parade at 6 p.m. along Railroad Avenue south to State Street and then west to Shenango Avenue. The route turns north on Shenango to Silver Street and then west on Silver to Penn Avenue where it turns north to Rose Court and the Shenango River launch site. The flotilla launches at 7 p.m. Street closings will be:
Reno Street at Railroad Avenue.
Silver Street at Railroad.
Pitt Street at Railroad.
State Street at Railroad.
State Street at Chestnut Avenue.
State Street at Shenango Avenue.
Pitt at Shenango.
Silver Street at Shenango.
Silver at Penn Avenue.
Penn at Rose Court.
