Brownlee Woods picnic
YOUNGSTOWN -- A Brownlee Woods picnic, sponsored by SNOOP Block Watch, will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday in the 1900 block of Pointview Avenue. The rain date is July 13. Set to attend are Councilman John Nittoli, D-7th, council president John Swierz, and members of the police and fire departments. Hot dogs, beverages, plates, napkins and utensils will be provided. Participants are asked to bring a covered dish or dessert. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
