TIME TO CHANGE: The Ohio Knitting Mills building sits next to a vacant lot in Cleveland's MidTown Corridor. The building -- and two surrounding blocks -- will soon become the MidTown Technology Center. The city of Cleveland has around $35 million to develop technology-related businesses.
