YOUNGSTOWN -- Monsignor Lawrence Fye officiated at 2:30 p.m. May 18 at St. Columba Cathedral for the wedding of Tracey Reuscher and James Cortese.
The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard DiGirolamo, 86 Glidden, Jamestown, N.Y., and Phillips Reuscher, 277 Willard St., Jamestown. Mr. Cortese is a son of Phyllis Cortese, 469 Carlotta Drive, and the late Anthony Cortese.
A reception was held at the Mahoning Country Club in Girard.
The couple are living at 1138 Patricia Drive, Girard.
Stacey Dixson of Jamestown, the bride's sister, was matron of honor, and bridesmaids were Amanda Dunning of Boardman, Stacey Harmon of Salem, Shannon O'Brien of Boardman, Tammy DeSiato of Austintown, Julie Wilson of Liberty and Dena Dahlquist of Raleigh, N.C.
The duties of best man were performed by the groom's cousin, Dan McGuire of Tampa, Fla., and groomsmen were Dean Congemi of Boardman, Mike Cook of Austintown, Ed Bartell of Boardman, Brian Zidian Austintown, Rick Havrilla of Boardman and Anthony Perry of Lowellville.
A graduate of D'Youville College in Buffalo, N.Y., with bachelor's and master's degrees in occupational therapy, Mrs. Cortese is a senior occupational therapist at Forum Health North Side Hospital.
Her husband graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration.
