$27,600 for HOME Emergency repair, a countywide program to fix homes in urgent need.$17,000 toward sanitary sewer improvements on Gates and Market streets in Cortland. The project's total cost will be more than $100,000.$29,000 toward adding handicap-accessible ramps to sidewalks on Main and Liberty streets in Hubbard.$80,000 toward Newton Falls' $2.5 million downtown redevelopment project, known as Streetscape. This figure includes $40,000 allocated this year but not spent.$18,200 toward widening and resurfacing Mason and Trumbull streets in Hubbard.$300,000 toward building sanitary sewers on Shannon Road in Liberty, a $3 million project.$25,000 toward street improvements, waterlines and storm sewers in the Bolindale neighborhood of Howland Township, a $600,000 project.$13,200 for a required fair housing program administered by the Warren-Trumbull Urban League.$90,000 for planning commission salaries and expenses to administer the program. The program permits administrative fees up to 15 percent of the money available.
